DOOM is a series that has often been modded, with a recent Castlevania and DOOM crossover being an example that is rather unique. Fans and developers often love to mix and match DOOM with other beloved video game series. The brand new Call of Duty mod happens to a mix of two favorite shooters.

Call of DOOM: Black Warfare is available now. The mod is mostly the original DOOM, but uses brand new weapons from the Call of Duty universe; 70 of them, to be precise. Call of Duty veterans should recognize some of the best Call of Duty weapons in the mod, including the Vector, the PDW, the LAW, the RPD, the FAL, the M16, the Desert Eagle, and more.

Weapon types of all sorts make the cut, like launchers, dual-wielding pistols, SMGs, sniper rifles. Additionally, new companion soldiers also are a part of the mod. They are clearly made to look like characters such as Captain Price and Soap Mactavish from Call of Duty. For fans of DOOM and or Call of Duty, the Call of DOOM: Black Warfare certainly looks like a mod worth trying out.
