In the final group match, Assam crushed hosts Jharkhand by 5-1 with the help of a hat-trick by Jwngbla. He scored in the 25th, 30th and 65th minute of the match. Lalgamrak and Paulzar Zolien were the other scorers. They scored in the 40th and 70th minute respectively.
Earlier Assam defeated Delhi 4-0 and played out a 0-0 draw against Tamil Nadu.
