From the trailer that debuted, it looks that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will at least cover from the beginning of the Dragon Ball Z series all the way through the Frieza saga. That’s not to say that the game may cover much more of the anime series, but those reveals will likely come later as the game gets closer to launch. The trailer starts with a quote from the writer and creator of Dragon Ball Z, Akira Toriyama saying that this game “brings the Dragon Ball universe to life” and promises a “deep dive into the world,” which, if that proves to be true, could be the dream Dragon Ball Z game that fans have hoped for....

However, despite Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s Switch version getting some new content, there was one notable feature missing from its release. Fans noticed that Dragon Ball Card Warriors, a turn-based card battle mode, was completely absent from the Switch version. This mode was a fast-paced card battle game where players needed to reduce the HP of their opponent’s team leader to zero. It had a few different online multiplayer modes, too, such as Casual Mode, Ranking Battle, and even a Tournament Battle mode....

Many criticized Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot for being too easy, as though the beginning of the game can prove to be somewhat challenging, players quickly ramp up in power and start easily defeating opponents.
